During 2024/25, Ariza & Marin handled a significant volume of water-related projects, including mandates involving aqueduct replacements and sewage systems. The team is also well versed in road, energy and real estate projects. The practice is led jointly by co-founding partners Camilo Marín, who specialises in infrastructure projects and dispute resolution; and Carolina Ariza, who is recommended for public law and dispute resolution.

Work highlights

Advised Sanear, Consortium Redes 2020 and Temporary Union Redes on three of the four contracts awarded by Empresas Públicas de Medellín to replace all aqueducts built in asbestos with a new material.
Advised Consortium Redes Fonseca 2022 on the contract for the optimisation of the aqueduct system of the municipality of Fonseca.
Advised Consortium SYEMA 1327 and Consortium REPA 2022 on a contract for the renovation of local water, sanitation and storm sewerage networks in several neighbourhoods.
