The July 2025 merger between incoming Spanish firm Pérez-Llorca and legacy local entity Gómez-Pinzón Abogados is expected to enhance the Colombian projects practice, providing access to a unique international platform that draws on project finance and infrastructure lawyers across Europe and Latin America. The Colombian team is led by Paola Larrahondo, a former adviser to the Ministry of Transport, who contributes experience in policy design, project structuring and litigation.
