Cuatrecasas’s projects and infrastructure team is well-positioned to advise financial institutions and funds on public infrastructure projects, particularly those structured under concession agreements and other forms of public-private partnerships. The practice demonstrates notable expertise across energy and infrastructure projects and is active in both domestic and cross-border mandates. Practice head Manuel Quinche, a project finance specialist, maintains close relationships with international lenders and borrowers and recently co-led the financing of the expansion of the Aburrá Oriente Concession Project alongside Natalia Arango, who is experienced in project development transactions in the energy and social infrastructure sectors. The team also includes Juan Carlos Puentes, who is well-versed in national and international project development, while senior associate Manuel Gómez Fajardo contributes public law and regulatory expertise. Project financing partner Ana María Sánchez moved in-house at Patria Infrastructure effective as of January 2026.
