In February 2025, Gamboa, García, Roldán & Co. boosted its labour and employment offering with the hire of new partner and department head Andres Felipe Paz, who joined from Garrigues, where he was a principal associate. Paz’s arrival reinforces the team’s expertise in advisory services, due diligence, transactional support and high-level litigation. The growing group further draws on Federico Pardo Camargo, who serves as associate director of the labour practice. Former associate director, Ingrid Barrero Valencia, departed for BDO in February 2025.
