Tocarruncho recently advised SBS Seguros Colombia and AIG, as insurer and reinsurer respectively under Enel’s D&O liability policy, in fiscal liability proceedings relating to the construction of the El Quimbo Hydroelectric Dam. The two-partner team also includes up-and-coming insurance specialist Catalina Botero, who focuses on coverage issues, claims handling and policy drafting, as well as corporate and regulatory matters.
