TMT specialist Gustavo Tamayo co-heads the practice and recently led on litigation involving contractual liability, breach of contract, product liability and unfair competition claims, among others. Carlos Carvajal co-heads the practice and is noted for public law-related work. The team also includes senior associates Jimmy Buenaventura and Esteban Isaza, both of whom advise on dispute resolution and insolvency.
