‘Highly efficient, effective, and knowledgeable’, Pérez-Llorca (the result of a July 2025 merger between local entity Gómez-Pinzón Abogados and the incoming Spanish firm) demonstrates robust experience across all key pillars of dispute resolution, including commercial, civil, and constitutional litigation. Department head David Araque is particularly active in domestic and cross-border cases involving the infrastructure, procurement, energy and corporate arenas; he recently represented Refinería de Cartagena in a citizen suit involving its Board of Directors and its parent company, Ecopetrol.
