A former Superintendent of the SIC, José Miguel De La Calle spearheads both the competition and public law departments; he is currently representing Hoteles de Occidente in an administrative investigation into allegedly anti-competitive practices in the hospitality sector. The group further draws on a deep pool of associates including principal David Toro, who demonstrates ’in-depth knowledge of the regulatory provisions’; senior Anamaría Rico, who is noted for her ‘excellent client service and knowledge’; and senior Adolfo Enrique Gómez, whose administrative law focus spans competition, data protection, consumer law and litigation.
