Beijing Jotai Law Firm almost doubled its size in 2024 through a merger with two firms, Beijing Jingtai Law Firm and Gangyi Chen’s team at Beijing Fanglue Law Firm. The firm’s leadership is split between Zhaofeng Wang and Lin Qiu, and handles a broad mix of commercial disputes, compliance, restructuring and M&A, financing, employment and IP matters.
