The head of the office, Feng Wang, is experienced in capital markets and M&A, recently assisting with Nanjing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd’s convertible bonds offering. Lingqin Wang splits his time between Nanjing and Shanghai and specialises in bankruptcy and restructuring in the real estate and construction sector.
