Sunshine Law Firm's practice harnesses experience in the renewable energy space in particular. It is co-headed by Anjie Zhou whose remit of specialisms spans green project financing, IPOs, restructurings and bankruptcies, and Jianlai Zhang who focuses on environmental regulation and energy and infrastructure projects and handles all aspects therein, from tendering, to project management and investment. Zhen Chen‘s caseload encompasses energy conservation and energy transition-related matters. Advising on energy storage and nuclear power safety, and handling litigation are also key workflows for the team. Deng Zongyu's areas of experience include project development and financing, as well as project-related disputes.
