Yvonne Ho, a specialist in advising banks on project financing transactions, co-leads A&O Shearman’s busy projects and energy practice, which advises lenders, sponsors, private companies, and SOEs regarding outbound projects involving Belt and Road economies, ESG matters, and more, with notable experience in the areas of renewables, LNG, mining, and natural resources. The group is tapped for representation in disputes as well as for non-contentious work instructions, including regulatory advice and sizeable corporate transactions within the sector. Other practice co-head Ling Li is a key contact for cross-border M&A, JVs, investments, and disposals in the energy sector, and Matthew Bisley focuses on renewables, water, and construction and real estate-driven instructions.
