Yvonne Ho, a specialist in advising banks on project financing transactions, co-leads A&O Shearman’s busy projects and energy practice, which advises lenders, sponsors, private companies, and SOEs regarding outbound projects involving Belt and Road economies, ESG matters, and more, with notable experience in the areas of renewables, LNG, mining, and natural resources.
