The large private equity group at Zhong Lun Law Firm serves some of the country’s largest funds and institutional investors, helping clients execute large-scale privatisations, financing rounds, acquisitions, operational matters, liquidations, and more in sectors including AI, biotech, semiconductors, and beyond.
