Working from Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, CMS‘ Greater China IP team routinely works alongside the firm’s specialists in Singapore, Europe and CEE. The group’s IP coverage ranges from portfolio management, filings and enforcements, to transactional IP, disputes and raids. Working between Beijing and Hong Kong, Jonathan Chu’s recent mandates include IP transactions and litigation, along with patent prosecution; while Ulrike Glueck leads the IP team in Shanghai, where Nicolas Zhu acts for hospital, pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics and consumer goods companies. The practice further includes Panpan Tang in Shanghai, whose wide-ranging workload encompasses IP matters; and Beijing-based Anqi Qin, who specialises in IP work, alongside her data compliance and corporate and commercial transaction practices.
