I have worked for a long time in the High People's Court of a certain city as the person in charge of case review, responsible for the second instance, retrial, retrial, retrial, case filing and change, as well as the internal evaluation and review of cases issued by the Supreme People's Court for the third level people's courts in the city. I have been practicing law since 2020 and have worked as a senior consultant and practicing lawyer at Shanghai Jintiancheng (Chongqing) Law Firm. Currently, I am a member of the Management Committee and Senior Partner of Shanghai Zhengce (Chongqing) Law Firm.

From 2002 to 2006, he studied at the School of Politics and Public Administration of Hunan University and obtained a bachelor's degree in management;
From 2006 to 2009, he studied at the Graduate School of Northwest University of Political Science and Law and obtained a master's degree in law.
