The team has significant expertise in high-value loans, regulatory compliance, transaction structuring, investments, and M&A matters. The team also fields specialists in fintech, dispute resolution, non-performing assets, wealth management, and trust and asset management schemes. The principal figures are Beijing-based specialist Yunwang Ping; Frank Qu in Shanghai, who has longstanding experience in financial derivatives, bond issuances, asset securitisation, and structured and project finance. The pair oversee the team alongside Jingjing Xia in Hangzhou, Guangzhou-based Leo Zhou and Beijing’s Jian Ying. In Shijiazhuang, Jing Wang is a rural bank expert.
