The practice is jointly led by Shujun Liu, recognised for her expertise across Chinese competition law; Qing Ren, a former Ministry of Commerce official with expertise in merger filing; and Shanghai-based Weiwei Gu, who focuses on notifications of concentrations of undertakings, investigations and compliance. Ying Mu is no longer at the firm.
