Lembeye

The three-member team at Lembeye regularly assists with securing permits, authorisations and concessions for telecoms and media operators. It also advises on sector-specific compliance frameworks; acts in significant administrative proceedings; and assists with strategies for TMT-related public procurement and government tenders. The TMT, public law, regulated markets and competition law department is led by Guillermo de la Jara, a former Telecommunications Undersecretariat legal group head, whose TMT practice includes advising companies on tariff structures, compliance and dispute resolution, as well as media, telephony and internet-related issues.
