ECIJA Otero was established in 2019 when domestic practice Estudio Jurídico Otero merged with Madrid-headquartered firm ECIJA. The TMT practice is experienced in IT-related bidding processes and contract drafting, along with the data protection management of IP rights. Its media practice also covers the negotiation of co-production agreements. Name partner Gerardo Otero leads the firm’s labour law, new technologies, TMT and IT practices; Dolores Echeverría advises on both corporate and IT matters; and Spain-qualified Alfredo Moreno regularly assists European clients with their business issues in both Chile and Europe.
