With a comprehensive tax advisory offering aimed at both companies and HNWIs, the firm brings together former Barros & Errázuriz senior associate Alvaro Oyarce, and Felipe Welkner, formerly a practice director at Ulloa & Cía. Both focus on advising HNWIs on investment structuring, wealth and succession planning,  and asset protection and family business governance, along with advising local and international companies on tax matters relating to the structuring and reorganisation of their businesses and projects, along with M&A, financings and capital markets' matters.
