Further to the departure of name partner Felipe Bascuñán in January 2025, Allende Bascuñán & Co renamed itself Allende & Cía. Acting for over 30 of Chile’s wealthiest families and family offices, the 14-strong practice specialises in outbound-investment tax advice, high-net-worth taxation, asset protection, estate planning, long-term wealth management, and offshore investment schemes.
