Ancelovici & Trucco

Co-launched in July 2024 by former Albagli Zaliasnik director David Ancelovici and senior associate Pablo Trucco, Ancelovici & Trucco is a boutique firm that specialises in asset structuring and management, investment optimisation, international taxation and cross-border tax matters - including compliance with international regulations. The team also covers tax audits, Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII) processes and transaction-related taxation. Ancelovici advises on cross-border investments and international taxation, while Trucco assists with national and international business reorganisations, as well as estate planning. The practice also includes associate Elisabet Pinto, an adviser to business groups on corporate structures, who also assists family groups with estate planning and management.
