The multidisciplinary team routinely assists with structuring real estate-related corporate vehicles; and advises real estate developers on financings with private debt funds, banks and investors. The six-member practice also covers the purchase, sale, merger and division of land plots; represents developers before municipal and state authorities; and assists with project unit sales. It additionally encompasses operational phases, permitting, construction issues, leasing and property management. The group’s principal figures are Carlos Urzúa, who advises real estate developers on large projects in urban areas and vacation spots; and Karlfranz Koehler, an adviser to investment funds on the acquisition of Chilean real estate assets.
