CEPD leverages in-depth expertise in regulatory, contractual and transactional real estate matters to provide a comprehensive service to developers, investors, asset managers and lenders, as well as key clients in the infrastructure industry. The firm is experienced in the full lifecycle of real estate projects, from structuring and financing through to development, construction and commercialisation, with broad expertise spanning the residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial and logistics, hospitality, social housing and infrastructure sectors. Co-led by Antonio Dittborn and Sebastián Aninat, the team has recent experience of advising asset management clients on non-traditional financing structures for projects and assisting with administrative permitting for real estate and infrastructure developments. Dittborn’s real estate practice has a strong focus on regulatory compliance and administrative disputes. Aninat handles the structuring of transactions, negotiation of financing agreements and drafting of construction contracts. Camila Aranda, who was promoted to counsel in September 2025, is also a name to note; she provides support with the development, financing and execution of real estate and infrastructure projects. Former senior associate Sofía Lama departed from the firm in January 2026.
