Cubillos Soza Abogados' five-member practice covers project-related urban planning issues and real estate regulations, as well as corporate structuring, financing, marketing, operation and after-sales processes. It also assists with real estate title studies, promise and sale contracts, preparing developers’ corporate registers, financing documentation, construction contracts and co-ownership regulations. Megacentro, which focuses on real estate development and rentals, is a key client, while the practice also acts for warehouse rental, integrated office, mini-office and commercial premises companies. The group is co-led by Gonzalo Cubillos Prieto, an adviser on real estate and urban development project developments and related transactions; and fellow-firm founder Otman Soza Poquet, who has extensive experience in urban planning, real estate and public law work.
