Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr advises at every phase of real estate project development, including due diligence processes, and negotiating and drafting joint venture, purchase and construction agreements. The group also undertakes project financing, the obtaining of administrative permits and real estate property sales. Highlights include advising Inmobiliaria Valle Grande on the development of a 660-hectare real estate project in Santiago, which includes over 20,000 projected houses, a large lagoon and schools (among other facilities). Co-leading the real estate and construction practice, Gonzalo Errázuriz acts for national and international clients on a raft of real estate matters; and Felipe Rencoret Portales' workload encompasses real estate mandates, as well as project finance.
