The August 2025 departure of Carolina Menichetti precipitated the dissolution of former leading firm MBC Abogados and the emergence of B2SG Legal – a currently 14-strong boutique focused on corporate, tax, compliance and dispute resolution matters, as well as real estate. Co-founded by former practice co-heads Ignacio Bolelli and Benjamín Salas (in conjunction with tax specialist Jazmín Gajardo and compliance expert Francisco Braun), corporate real estate remains very much a core practice of the new firm; indeed, the practices of both reach across the real estate and corporate sectors, encompassing real estate project finance, M&A, joint ventures, and investment fund structuring, in particular. The pair can also call on a strong group of experienced senior associates including María Gracia Edwards M, Sebastián Gaete, Andrés Siles and Cristián Vigneaux.
