With ‘extensive experience in all matters related to the real estate business’, Bofill Mir Abogados advises at every stage of real estate projects. The 19-strong team’s coverage ranges from the negotiation and execution of construction-related financing agreements, to daily operations, transactions and regulatory issues. It also advises insurance companies and banks on the development of large real estate projects; and acts for domestic and international investment funds on their real estate investments in Chile. The department, which further advises on the real estate aspects of agricultural and energy projects, is led by Ana María Yuri, who has ’extensive real estate experience and strong management and negotiation skills’; while director Cristián Franetovic is a regulatory expert who assists with urban planning, water rights and permits.
