Acting for individuals, companies, public agencies and other law firms, the practice has developed a reputation for its reports, legal opinions and legal strategy design; as well as its litigation expertise; advice on permitting, procurement, sanctions and public contracts; and acting in proceedings before ordinary courts, the Constitutional Court, and the Comptroller General. Name partner José Miguel Valdivia focuses primarily on the business-to-business segment, providing legal opinions and strategic advice in complex public law matters. Key support is provided by Tomás Izquierdo - who was promoted to the partnership in mid-2023 - focuses on administrative law and regulatory matters. Former partners José Tomás Blake and Juan Francisco Sanchez left the firm in June 2025.
