Advised private social security institution AFP UNO (regulated by the Superintendency of Pensions in accordance with DL No. 3,500) on a judicial claim against a fine imposed by the Superintendency of Pensions arising from three charges. The matter is currently under consideration by the Supreme Court in the cassation stage on the merits.
