In one notable recent matter, the team advised the Chilean branch of a regional airline on multiple administrative sanctions imposed by the National Migratory Service; it has also been handling the pro-bono representation of a regional social welfare foundation in a regulatory sanctioning dispute. Andrea Abascal leads the practice and brings particular expertise in life sciences and administrative law.
