The public law practice at Bofill Mir Abogados specialises in constitutional and administrative litigation, regulatory matters and public procurement. The team frequently provides legal counsel to national and international clients across key regulated industries, including energy, mining, healthcare, telecoms and infrastructure. It also undertakes due diligence for natural resource and energy projects. In one notable recent matter, the team advised the Chilean branch of a regional airline on multiple administrative sanctions imposed by the National Migratory Service; it has also been handling the pro-bono representation of a regional social welfare foundation in a regulatory sanctioning dispute. Andrea Abascal leads the practice and brings particular expertise in life sciences and administrative law. The September 2025 hire of former Valdivia Legal patner Tomás Blake, added considerable additional depth to the practice, particularly as regards administrative law where he has a focus on litigation and public procurement, concession services and relations with state entities.
