Practice head Jorge Lembeye is an expert in project financing and development, as well as M&A and capital markets, while Rony Zimerman leads the firm’s mining department. The group further includes Nicolás Espina, whose mandates include renewable energy, mining, and urban, social, and transport infrastructure projects. Directors Teresita Vial Villalobos (a January 2025 hire from ACU Abogados) and María Paz Aguirre, along with senior associate Camila O’Shea Lorenzini, complete the team.
