Advised Santo Tomás Educational Group on its collective bargaining process with a large union, which involved 1,713 employees.
Represented Fundación Educacional Colegio San Agustín in a judicial claim against the Labour Authority in Antofagasta, so as to obtain the annulment of a collective bargaining-related resolution that was imposed.
