Acting for domestic and international companies, as well as global entities’ subsidiaries, Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos' practice houses specialists in both individual and collective labour law. Its expertise encompasses pensions and immigration, along with litigation, regulatory matters, and negotiations with unions and human resources management. Other notable areas are hiring processes, the structuring of senior executives’ compensation and incentive packages, preventive labour audits, and implementing internal policies, regulations and procedures. The 10-strong team additionally covers outsourcing, internal investigations, downsizing and business restructuring. The labour and labour litigation practices are led by Ignacia López, who routinely advises on labour union relations and collective bargaining processes; while Bárbara Zlatar heads the immigration and international employment division. Sebastián Krebs, Daniela Valencia and Mauricio Yudin are experienced senior associates. Since publication, Krebs has been appointed practice director - effective as of December 2025.
