The wider practice covers labour advisory work, immigration, social security law, compliance, collective bargaining and union relations. It also assists with individual and collective contracts, unfair dismissal litigation, workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, as well as redundancies, employee benefits, pension law, and health and safety regulations. The group’s principal figure is Ignacio Garcia, an adviser on labour contracts, litigation, immigration, social security, pensions, executive transfers, downsizing, and union negotiations; with key support provied by experenced associates Camila Quiroz and Laura Kottmann. Former partner and collective bargaining specialist Fernando Villalobos left the firm in June 2025.
