The six-member labour team at AEM Abogados assists with reviewing individual and collective contracts, along with drafting internal workplace health and safety policies. It also represents clients in labour disputes, and provides labour-related training. Jointly leading the group, firm founder Cristián Aguayo assists companies and employees with litigation, and individual and collective labour rights; and senior partner Rubén Soto routinely acts for pharmaceutical, food, healthcare, engineering and mining companies. At senior associate level, Natalia Landauro's practice covers labour-related corporate advice, collective bargaining, labour litigation and administrative proceedings; while Jorge Vargas is an individual and collective law specialist.
