Acting for banking, energy and healthcare clients, Abogados MLV's labour and employment practice is experienced in labour law advisory work, defence matters before Chile’s labour courts, and drafting collective agreements. The eight-strong department also assists with internal investigations, collective bargaining, human resources management, and implementing employee benefit programmes and labour policies. It additionally advises on social security and immigration matters. Widely-respected labour, administrative and constitutional law specialist, Zarko Luksic Sandoval, is a former Undersecretary of Labour; and at director level, Fernanda Villagra Latorre's workload includes collective bargaining, while Rodrigo Cortés is litigation head. Fellow director Cristóbal Luksic Ziliani returned to the firm in September 2024 (further to postgraduate studies in Germany).
