The practice’s principal figures are: veteran labour law specialist Enrique Uribe Casasbellas, who is consistently mandated to act in high-stakes labour disputes; Enrique Uribe Errázuriz, whose litigation track record includes challenging large-value administrative fines (as a result of alleged irregularities in labour agreements); and fellow labour litigator Silvestre Lyon, who has ’grown significantly as a leading figure in his field’.
