‘Very knowledgeable about labour law’, Bock Abogados' nine-strong team has a significant track record in labour law advisory mandates and collective bargaining, as well as litigation before Chile’s Courts (including the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court). The labour and employment group - which is particularly experienced in the telecoms, retail, insurance, restaurant, and banking and finance sectors - is co-led by senior partner Silvia Soto, whose practice covers labour advice, conflict resolution and the representation of clients before tribunals; and Sebastían Bock, an expert in collective bargaining and defending companies against workplace accident claims.
