Specialised in IP and technology transfers, Andes IP's ‘advice is clear, meaningful, practical and business oriented’. Comprising lawyers, engineers and biotechnologists, the multidisciplinary group assists with the protection and management of trade marks, patents and copyright. The eight-strong team also covers piracy, infringements, image rights, social networks, innovation-related taxation, e-commerce and cybersecurity.
