The all-female IP department at boutique law firm Russi & Eguiguren | Quadrant is regularly mandated to advise on trade marks, patents, utility models and industrial designs. The practice also covers domain names, copyright, plant varieties, sanitary registrations, unfair competition and consumer protection. The group is co-led at director level by Nicole Alfero Marti, who also heads up the firm’s data protection offering and whose practice encompasses trade marks, patents, domain names and copyright; and Francisca Figueroa Illanes, an adviser on trade marks, patents and related litigation and licensing, as well as protection strategies and technology transfers.
