The four-member team covers loss adjustment procedures, insurance company-related negotiations and litigation, insurance programme review, policy obligations' fulfilment, and advising insurance companies and brokers on new business lines. Additionally, the practice handles sizeable insurance M&A deals, as well as Financial Market Commission-issued regulatory requirements.
