Molina Matta y Asociados is a boutique firm specialising in environmental and regulatory law. Advising GNL Quintero on a lawsuit for environmental damage filed by small-scale fishermen unions against numerous companies (Codelco, Aes Gener, Puerto Ventanas, Empresa Nacional de Electricidad, Empresas Copec, Gasmar, Oxiquim, Petróleos, Asfaltos y Combustibles, Melón, Enap) and the Ministry of the Environment, for the synergistic and cumulative contamination of the Quintero-Ventanas bays (Chile’s V Region) due to industrial activities performed in the surroundings over the past 50 years.
