Due diligence and the elaboration of the transactional documents related to the JV between Lundin Mining and BHP for the development of the Filo del Sol and Jose María bi-national (Chile/Argentina) projects in the Vicuña District; this involved environmental advisory regarding permitting analysis and the risks associated with the development of exploration and exploitation currently ongoing in the area (such as the Caserones, Candelaria and Tamberías projects), as well as potential consequences regarding the joint development of projects in the area.
