The practice, which advises global mining company BHP on its mining operations in Chile on an ongoing basis, is led by Sergio Orrego, who has over 35 years’ experience in advising domestic and foreign clients on a broad array of transactions. Also key to the practice, Gonzalo Rencoret's experience includes acting for both domestic and foreign clients on mining projects; while Rafael Rencoret is regularly mandated by Minera Escondida and Pan American Silver.
