A member firm of the Multilaw and World Law Group international networks, the firm’s specialisms range from mining title reviews, to drafting and negotiating agreements for purchase options, financings, joint ventures, explorations, construction, royalties, streaming and easements. The team also assists with reviewing water-rights titles, obtaining permits and reclamation actions.
