
With longstanding energy sector experience, Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos' eight-member team has significant experience in electric power generation and gas transportation projects, as well as representing electricity distribution companies in arbitration. The department also covers major transactions, infrastructure development and negotiating power purchase agreements. It is additionally experienced in wind and solar energy project developments and green hydrogen production; recent mandates include advising on operation and maintenance agreements (O&M), easements and tolling contracts.
