The department’s expertise covers negotiating long-term contracts with electricity generators, and assisting with power purchase agreement-related tender bids, negotiations and disputes. The practice showcases name partner Felipe Bascuñán Montaner, a specialist in energy and natural resources and public and regulatory law; and recently-promoted partners Diego Miranda, who is an administrative litigation expert, and Joaquín Corvalán, an adviser on the negotiation of electricity supply agreements.
