The key figures in the litigation team are José Joaquín Ugarte, who acts in high-stakes litigation, alongside his domestic and international arbitration caseload; Pablo Correa, who has significant experience in disputes before the Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Courts of Appeal, and civil courts; and Karl Conrads, a former foreign associate in King & Spalding LLP’s New York office.
