Recent mandates include acting for Acoforag, a large forest contractor association, in an $8m damages lawsuit against the Chilean Government in relation to the maintenance of public order in southern Chile. Heading up the group and ’dedicated to all his cases’, Juan Ignacio Correa routinely acts for domestic companies and government entities in major commercial litigation. Former practice co-head Jorge Sepúlveda departed the firm in December 2024.
