The 11-strong litigation practice at full-service firm Guerrero Olivos acts in both high-stakes commercial disputes and cross-border conflicts, particularly in relation to construction and real estate litigation. The department also acts in disputes in the mining, energy, agribusiness and retail sectors, as well as life sciences and food and beverage sector-related litigation. Heading up the firm’s dispute resolution group, Sergio Yávar specialises in civil and commercial disputes, as well as insolvency proceedings, liability restructuring and domestic and international arbitrations; while Benjamín Ferrada's caseload ranges from civil and commercial lawsuits, to arbitration, constitutional claims, and tax and regulatory litigation. At associate level, Agustín Bulnes and Andrés Cuevas both undertake civil and commercial litigation; Rosario Díaz specialises in consumer law disputes and both individual and collective litigation; and public law and regulated markets expert Francisco González is a December 2024 recruit from Coz & Blavi (now Coz, Vial & Blavi).
